As Senior Director, you will have a unique opportunity to oversee and drive key firmwide initiatives, ensuring alignment with our long-term business objectives. You will lead the firm's Program Management Office, develop processes to prioritize and manage initiatives, and partner with leadership to align programs with our growth strategy. Additionally, you will design, launch, and scale cross-functional programs, lead our alternative legal services group, and foster collaboration between traditional legal practices and alternative offerings.
To be successful in this role, you will need 15+ years of experience in strategic leadership, program management, or legal operations, preferably within a professional services environment. You must have a deep understanding of law firm operations, client service models, and emerging trends in legal service delivery, as well as experience in alternative legal services, legal operations, or business transformation. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to adapt and problem-solve in complex, fast-paced environments, are also essential.
