KPMG, one of the world's top tax firms, is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Accounting Methods and Credit Services practice. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team, work with a diverse range of high-profile clients, and develop your career through formal training and informal mentoring.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development (R&D) tax credit consulting services as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Lead federal tax consulting services, including accounting method assessments and implementation of tax solutions
Communicate directly with client personnel and maintain excellent client relationships
Manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously
Assist in new business development and networking within the firm
Liaise with KPMG's National Washington Tax practice on technical matters
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in public accounting or corporate taxation, specifically in accounting methods and credit services
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate and articulate complex information
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet research
Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams
