A respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded background in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and sale-leaseback transactions, particularly within the context of M&A deals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients on complex real estate matters and contribute to a collaborative legal team.

Represent clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
Draft and negotiate documentation for property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasebacks
Conduct and manage real estate due diligence, including title and survey review
Advise on the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions
Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deal execution
Analyze lease agreements and advise clients on leasing strategy and compliance
3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactional work
Exposure to real estate aspects of M&A transactions strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with commercial leasing, sale-leasebacks, and property sales/purchases
Ability to independently manage real estate components of complex deals
Strong understanding of due diligence processes and title/survey matters
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited . law school
Active bar membership in good standing in the applicable . jurisdiction
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in reviewing title reports, surveys, and due diligence materials
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
