Qualifications for Staff Counsel III:

- Partner with insureds and claims professionals to achieve positive outcomes in commercial general liability lawsuits
- Conduct depositions and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
- Utilize trial experience when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on civil procedure and rules of evidence

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $145K - $185K per year
- Base pay may vary depending on education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, and sales or revenue-based metrics
