**Job Description:**

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven content strategies that support our business objectives, engage our audience, and elevate our brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven content strategies that support business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement.
- Oversee the production of diverse content formats, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, webinars, and more, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the company’s tone and mission.
- Create and manage content for digital, print, social media, and other platforms to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Apply strong SEO knowledge to optimize content for organic visibility and performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Measure content performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Use insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader company objectives.
- Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely production and effective distribution.
- Stay ahead of content marketing trends, tools, and technologies, such as AI, interactive content, and emerging media formats.
**Qualifications:**
- 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, storytelling, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies.
- Track record of creating compelling brand narratives and multi-channel content.
- Strong familiarity with CMS platforms (., HubSpot, WordPress) and digital marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Skilled in measuring content performance and implementing data-driven optimizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
