In this role, you will provide representation for employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings and play an essential role in ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze individual case information and review data to prepare for hearings
- Advocate on behalf of clients and their witnesses during unemployment compensation appeal hearings
- Prepare witnesses for hearings and document all communication with clients
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about state-specific laws and regulations regarding UI benefits
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in unemployment or administrative hearings
- Ability to represent clients in hearings via phone or in person
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
What Sets You Apart:
- Legal education or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
