Experience: At least 3 years of employment litigation experience in single plaintiff employment litigation
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing client needs, identifying solutions, and determining case strategies
- Arguing motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Advising clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and planning a course of action
- Conducting research and drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Communicating with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice in California
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with partners and other attorneys to best serve client needs and grow the firm's client base
- Member in good standing
- Successful completion of the bar exam
- Completion of a Juris Doctor (. degree) from an accredited law school
- 1850 billable hours
Compensation:
- Junior Associate: $120,000 - $160,000
- Mid-Level: $150,000 - $200,000
- Senior Associate/Senior Counsel: $180,000 - $215,000
- Law and Motion: $130,000 - $200,000
