Part-Time Transactional Attorney The candidate should possess the highest academic credentials, be well respected in their fields, have broad legal experience. Must be committed to excellence in legal service and to the strictest professional ethics. Must have heavy drafting experience (operating agreements, stock purchase agreements, membership interest transfers, corporate bylaws, resolutions, etc) and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively (both in writing and over the phone). Experience managing transactions, preparing and reviewing transaction step charts and LOIs, and experience with deal structuring is required. Experience preparing transaction documents is needed.
