Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, with PA Bar admission being a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible for directly handling employment litigation cases and maintaining relationships with clients to provide them with an excellent customer experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of employment law, are essential for success in this position. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use legal industry software applications.
