As our firm continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious attorney to oversee pre-litigation case strategy, maximize case value, and guide clients through the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the firm’s pre-litigation personal injury department and oversee case progression.
Review and prepare cases for demand, ensuring all necessary documents, medical records, and supporting evidence are gathered.
Negotiate settlements directly with insurance companies to obtain maximum value for clients.
Conduct regular case strategy meetings with case managers to ensure efficient case handling.
Guide case managers in developing case value by identifying additional damages and strengthening liability arguments.
Refer cases to litigation if necessary and collaborate with the litigation team for trial preparation.
Maintain ongoing client communication, keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
Utilize case management software to document all case activity, negotiations, and client interactions.
Oversee investigations, medical treatment progress, and expert recommendations for case development.
Prepare and review legal documents such as demand letters, settlement releases, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with California Personal Injury laws and best practices.

Qualifications:

? Minimum of 2 years of experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases.
? Juris Doctor (.) degree and active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
? Proven experience negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
? Strong understanding of medical reports, injury evaluations, and case valuation strategies.
? Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
? Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases.
? Self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.
? Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred but not required.
