Job Title: IT Regional Trainer (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
The IT Regional Trainer is tasked with developing, designing, and delivering technology training initiatives across the law firm. This role involves providing training through various methods such as classroom instruction, remote learning, and one-on-one sessions, focusing on both general and legal-specific technology applications for users within and across the firm. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing, promoting, delivering, implementing, and evaluating training programs, particularly for new hires and other IT training endeavors at the firm.
- Collaborating with IT staff and key administrative and legal leaders to identify and strategize end-user training priorities.
- Utilizing a learning management system to manage training-related administrative tasks, including scheduling classes, maintaining attendance records, and analyzing training effectiveness and feedback.
- Creating comprehensive training plans and producing course materials.
- Managing classes to ensure participant motivation, control of the class environment, and directing learning to meet program objectives.
- Participating in project teams for new technology rollouts and upgrades, which involves evaluating, testing, and marketing new solutions.
- Contributing to the development of instructional and participant materials, including objectives, documentation, visual aids, testing instruments, and handouts.
- Designing and developing online learning modules to support instructor-led programs and other IT initiatives.
- Providing end-user support services for software-related inquiries.
- Preparing activity and progress reports for training and project activities.
- Handling special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of corporate training experience, including classroom and e-learning, is necessary.
- Candidates must possess strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- Proven presentation/platform skills are essential.
- Strong technical coaching and counseling skills are needed, with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
- Thorough knowledge of desktop productivity software and groupware products, with expert-level proficiency in the MS Office Suite, is required.
- Knowledge of legal industry-specific software is preferred, particularly Document Management Systems, along with the ability to learn in-house developed software.

Salary Information:
The base salary range for the IT Regional Trainer position is between $98, and $146, per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, the law firm offers bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package.
