Summary:

This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $200,000 USD. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in transportation and motor vehicle accident matters. They should also be admitted to practice in California and have strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and managing a caseload as part of a team
- Collaborating with colleagues and communicating with clients
- Providing status reports and contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

- JD from an ABA accredited law school and admission to practice in California
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in transportation and motor vehicle accident matters
- Strong analytical and communication skills
