Immigration Paralegal Duties: Draft filings for submission with US CIS, US DOS, US DOL, EOIR, NVC for cases involving removal defense, family immigration, employment immigration, asylum, naturalization, and crime victim visas in timely and detailed oriented manner. Independently and proactively manage large case load in a fast-paced environment with active support from administrative staff and attorneys. Communicate clearly and effectively (both orally and in writing) with individual and corporate clients, as well as government agencies. Monitor deadlines and expiration dates. Follow office procedures and attorney directions. Manage client communication and government correspondence. Provide exceptional customer service. Work directly with team of attorneys and partners to ensure the highest quality of legal representation for our clients. Take special projects as assigned by attorneys and partners.

Qualifications: Prefer 2+ years experience as an Immigration Paralegal. Bilingual English-Spanish (written and spoken). Demonstrated commitment to immigrants and civil rights issues. Strong desire to advance and grow professionally within the firm and in the immigration legal community. Highly organized, proactive and detailed oriented. Works well under pressure and understands importance of deadlines. Strong communication skills on the phone, via email and in person. Professional and courteous; positive attitude. Self-starter; quick learner; impeccable ethics.

Legal
