This role will play a crucial part in the firm's success and will involve working closely with lawyers, legal staff, and clients. Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute demand and monthly proformas to billing lawyers
- Process edits, transfers, and changes as directed
- Prepare draft bills for approval
- Collaborate with billing lawyers and staff to prepare final client bills
- Research client account activities, resolve billing inquiries, and generate reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or accounting certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Elite billing experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Total Compensation Package:
The base salary wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
