Vietnamese Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have ability to draft demands; Request and review Medical records, bills and affidavits; Scheduling recorded statements, vehicle inspections and doctor's appointments; Must be comfortable speaking to adjusters and other medical providers; Continuous communication with clients and medical providers is a must to ensure that clients are attending treatment and are receiving the diagnostic tests that they need in a timely manner; Drafting correspondence such as: Letters of Representation, Demands, and Closing letters to clients and medical providers; Will continuously follow up with liability and address any issues that might arise; Effectively handle reductions and distribute final payment to clients and providers.
