Job Summary:
- Seeking highly motivated associate with 2-4 years experience in corporate, structured finance, real estate or commercial finance, securities, public finance or a combination.
- Flexible location with opportunity for direct client contact and work on innovative financial products and high-profile litigation and bankruptcies.
Responsibilities:
- Origination of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, and specialty finance.
- Resolution of distressed transactions.
- Providing excellent client services.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in corporate, structured finance, real estate or commercial finance, securities, public finance or a combination.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Superb judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent client services.
Salary Information:
- Annual salary range: $225,000 to $275,000 in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington .
- Additional contingent compensation may be available based on work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
