Experience
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1 year of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation. Prior experience in litigation or as a paralegal, as well as a degree, certificate, or certification in paralegal studies, is preferred.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Personal Injury Paralegal will include communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, assisting the attorney in all phases of pre and post litigation matters, preparing and maintaining court calendars and deadlines, drafting legal documents, and organizing and maintaining case files and documents using a documentation management system.
Qualifications
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have prior experience in personal injury litigation, preferably in the areas of insurance defense or personal injury. They should also have a strong background in preparing discovery requests/responses and developing medical evidence. Strong computer skills and experience working in an electronic/digital environment is also required.

Schedule and Location
