Salary Range: $59,300 - $99,200

Job Description:

The Associate/Senior Associate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on trade compliance matters, leading and managing client projects, and supporting market development and thought leadership initiatives. They will also conduct research, provide written advice, and aid in the management and career development of team members.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients in various industries to provide advice on trade compliance matters
- Lead and manage client projects, including audits, program development, and training
- Support market development and thought leadership initiatives through article writing
- Research, write, and review advice on export compliance matters
- Assist in the management, career development, and training of team members
- Provide leadership and review work of associates (for Senior Associate position)

Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year of recent direct experience in trade compliance
- Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, or MBA from an accredited college/university
- In-depth knowledge of . import and export control regulations
- General export control and sanctions experience
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate:

- Minimum of three years of recent direct experience in import and/or export compliance
- United States Customs Broker or CUSECO certification preferred
