Business Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a corporate/business paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department setting. will include working with our attorneys on mergers and acquisitions transactions and loan closings and handling UCC and other corporate filings. Must possess solid experience in the preparation of corporate, limited liability company, and partnership organizational documents and coordinating closings.
