Overview:
- Seeking an Environmental Associate with 3-6 years of experience in environmental, administrative, or regulatory law
- Opportunity to work on high-profile cases involving pesticides (FIFRA), chemical control (TSCA), FTC Act, and occupational safety and health (OSHA)
- Responsibilities include client counseling, enforcement defense, drafting of legal documents, and representing coalitions and trade associations
- Candidate must possess strong academic credentials, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Background and experience in science is ideal, but not required
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $172,000 - $225,000
- Actual salary may vary based on experience and other factors

Responsibilities:
- Directly counsel clients on environmental and regulatory issues
- Defend against enforcement actions
- Draft opinion letters and memorandum
- Prepare rulemaking comments
- Represent coalitions and trade associations
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in environmental, administrative, or regulatory law
- Familiarity with pesticides (FIFRA), chemical control (TSCA), FTC Act, or occupational safety and health (OSHA) preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with regulatory, technical, and government policy issues
- Background and experience in science is ideal, but not required
