Paul Hastings is seeking Mid-Level Associates with 4-6 years of complex litigation experience to join our Complex Litigation and Arbitration practice group in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to work with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, special situations, litigation, employment, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation matters, including civil trials
- Utilize your experience in white collar cases (a plus)
- Collaborate with a talented team of attorneys and support staff
- Provide top-notch legal services to the world's leading investment banks, asset managers, and corporations
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of complex litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in New York
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Compensation:
- Salary wage range: $310,000 - $390,000 annually
- Actual pay may vary based on experience and other relevant factors
