As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of infrastructure escalations at our law firm. This position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $135,000 and can be hired as a remote or hybrid role in various locations across the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage escalation requests for user support teams and firm staff related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) and automation requests.
- Triage and resolve incidents and calls in a timely manner, providing end-to-end problem resolution.
- Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
- Manage and monitor Identity and Access controls through Okta and Entra/Active Directory.
- Create, support, and maintain Okta configurations for access to business applications.
- Design and implement identity-first security strategies to enhance security and efficiency.
- Ensure that systems documentation is kept up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Okta or other IAM platforms.
- 3+ years of experience supporting M365 administration (Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Conditional Access).
- Exceptional skillset in automation using PowerShell and MS Graph.
- Proficiency in Active Directory/Entra, Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, privileged access management, and automated life-cycle management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
