- The salary range for this role is $108,300 to $198,600, with higher salaries in certain locations such as New York City, Washington State, and California.
- The Manager 1 will lead engagement teams, interact with clients’ top executives, and provide guidance and expertise to develop strategic solutions.
- Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of an engagement, shaping junior consultants’ careers, and cultivating business development opportunities.
- Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of regulatory compliance experience or a graduate degree and 4 years of consulting experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- Relevant experience with federal regulatory agencies or financial services organizations is preferred.
