Holland & Knight, a leading law firm with over 130 years of history, is seeking a Director of Brand, Communications, and Digital Media to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement firmwide branding, communications, and practice-specific marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
- Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications
- Assess and improve firm's brand and content strategy
- Serve as a steward for the firm's brand and visual identity
- Monitor and measure brand performance using data and analytics
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Partner with department colleagues in public relations, business development, and recruiting
- Develop and manage creative and content marketing teams
- Create and execute innovative campaigns with a digital-first focus
- Integrate content marketing with traditional business development strategies
- Ensure design elements and content are consistently on-brand
- Supervise designers, writers, and content strategists
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging strategies
- Lead relationships with creative agencies and other outside providers
- Develop standards and systems for visual execution and content creation
- Manage projects and deliver results within budget and timeline
- Perform special projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant branding, design, and creative leadership experience
- Strong digital marketing background
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of PC and Mac applications, Adobe Creative suite, and project management and digital marketing tools

- Ability to think strategically and develop and implement brand strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Ability to manage large-scale projects and outside agencies

Location and Salary Information:
This position may be filled in Illinois, District of Columbia, or New York. The base salary ranges for this position are listed below. These ranges may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on their qualifications and experience.
- Illinois – $220,000 - $330,000 per year
- District of Columbia – $240,000 - $360,000 per year
- New York City – $240,000 - $360,000 per year
