Position Description:

- Full-time Education Legal Rights attorney position available at a non-profit pro bono law firm
- Advocate for children with disabilities and assist them in accessing educational services and public benefits
- Serve both community families and children in the foster care system
- Ideal candidate should have litigation experience and a background in children's law, education, psychology, or related services

Qualifications:

- Active membership in the Florida State Bar
- Experience serving low-income communities preferred but not required
- Demonstrable awareness and sensitivity to the needs of the populations we serve
- Ability to work effectively with a large caseload and function professionally in a high-stress environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Willingness to work beyond a minimum seven-hour workday, including evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000-$65,000, with potential for higher based on experience
- Generous benefits package including health, vision, dental, and life insurance, retirement, 13 paid holidays, and generous annual and sick leave allotments
