Summary:
Latham & Watkins, a top-ranked global law firm, is seeking an Associate Director of Workplace Experience – Service Management to join their team in New York. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary range of $240,000-$260,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the firm's Workplace Experience support model, while overseeing projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and mentoring team members. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of operations or related experience at a multi-office professional services organization, as well as 8 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of senior management experience. Experience in Service Management and ITIL and PM certifications are preferred.
