Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences. Draft legal court documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery demands/responses and subpoenas. Send out correspondence to parties/non-parties via email, regular mail, or certified mail. Communicate with clients. Set up Court Call or Zoom for hearings. Prepare Trial Notebooks and Exhibit Lists. Retain Experts for Trial. Attend internal pre-trial meetings and final trial meetings with the attorneys trying the case to ensure all discovery is completed, trial deadlines are met, preparation of trial exhibits and deposition summaries, and other matters relating to trial preparation.
