Part Time Elder Law Paralegal The candidate should have experience with Elder Counsel software (specifically drafting of Wills, Trusts, MAPLs, and VA Aid and Attendance documents) and the ability to work independently with little supervision. Experience with Florida law is a plus. Video conferencing ability will be required as well as use of Microsoft Office programs. Should have 1 year of elder law, paralegal and Elder Counsel software experience. Associate (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred).
