Summary:

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Product Owner to join their IT Programs & Strategy team in Orlando, Florida. This individual will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for their product line, leading a team to ensure successful execution, and delivering key product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, consulting, or project management, as well as exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Responsibilities:

- Define the vision and roadmap for the product line and communicate it to senior leadership
- Lead a team and manage their project pipeline
- Deliver products and features efficiently and execute the vision
- Measure the success of the product and iterate quickly and effectively
- Develop, manage, and deliver IT projects from beginning to end

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or project management
- Experience with Jira or a similar project management tool
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft/M365 products, or voice services
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms
- Experience managing a team
- Scrum/Agile certifications
- PMP certification
