Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for handling the pre-litigation phase of our personal injury cases from inception to settlement or through trial. They establish caring relationships with clients, have extensive contact with medical providers, opposing counsel and work closely with our attorneys. Duties will include, but are not limited to: writing pre-litigation demands, ensuring all records are obtained, managing discovery, expert disclosures, scheduling and noticing deposition, calendaring deadlines, assisting clients with the deposition and arbitration processes and more. Must be organized, able to multi-task while working quickly and be a team player. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience 2 years (Required). Spanish (Preferred). Preferred: Spanish/English speaking is helpful but not necessary.
