Morgan Lewis, a leading law firm with offices in Boston, Chicago, Houston, and Philadelphia, is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate to join our corporate technology, outsourcing, and commercial transactions practice. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in technology and/or complex commercial transactions, excellent academic credentials, and a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate agreements for technology and other complex commercial transactions
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal advice
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
- Participate in business development and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in technology and/or complex commercial transactions
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school
- Active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office where you are applying
- Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
