Job Description:
- Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Partner or Senior Counsel to help grow our expanding North Carolina offices.
- Must be a senior level attorney with a minimum of ten (10) years of significant civil and/or commercial litigation experience.
- Responsible for managing an active litigation case load, drafting and preparing pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Experienced in managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition, oral argument, and trial preparation.
- Conducting legal research, analysis and writing.
- Possess excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills.
- Must have a reasonable book of portable litigation business.
- Expected to help grow our litigation presence in North Carolina and be an active networker in the community and various organizations.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent academic credentials.
- At least 10 years’ litigation experience.
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills.
- Current member of the North Carolina bar with litigation experience in North Carolina federal and state courts.
