The Data Compliance Team Lead will be compensated with an estimated annual salary range of $76, - $100,, depending on qualifications and experience. This position is a non-union position and is exempt from overtime. Final salary offers are dependent upon candidate qualifications.



In summary, the Data Compliance Team Lead is a key position within the Office of Student Protections and Title IX, responsible for ensuring the district’s compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This individual will lead a team of Data Analysts, oversee the collection and utilization of case data, and collaborate with other CPS offices and departments to track compliance with training programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of compliance-related experience, and excellent management, writing, and communication skills. They must also meet the conditions of employment, including living within the City of Chicago and being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless approved for an exemption.
