The Law Firm in New York City is currently seeking a mature and experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have prior experience in a general civil practice. This is a full-time or part-time position located in downtown New York City.
Responsibilities:
Reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting clients
E-filing legal documents
Transcribing documents
Preparing general office correspondence and legal documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Prior experience in a general civil practice
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Mature and responsible individual
Salary Information:
- per hour (commensurate with experience)
Approximately 25 hours per week
Full-time or part-time position
No weekends required
