Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide paralegal support to include medical record analysis, trial binder preparation, discovery compiling and conveyance, subpoena execution, and trial presentation assistance. Utilize digital litigation support and electronic document production applications. Draft and maintain closing checklists and manage closing deliverables. Review and organize due diligence materials. Enter billable time in the firm billing software. Coordinate additional substantive research and writing projects as needed. Should have 2+ years of previous experience with a litigation practice in a law firm, as well as a four-year degree. Paralegal certificate preferred. Should have previous experience in litigation support. Must have strong organizational abilities and enjoy developing systems to streamline processes and procedures. Must be motivated, detail-oriented with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects.
