Job Description:

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, including corporations, law firms, lending institutions, and small businesses, to provide legal and compliance services. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing a dynamic workflow, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Directly communicate with clients to process orders, resolve issues, and provide assistance
- Travel to the Secretary of State multiple days a week
- Respond promptly to client questions and concerns
- Train clients on how to use Cogency's proprietary applications
- Guide clients through the process of working with state and local public offices
- Collaborate with public offices and commercial agents on behalf of clients
- Review legal documentation with extreme attention to detail
- Multi-task effectively to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Work well in a team environment
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or be a Certified Paralegal
- Prior corporate knowledge and paralegal experience preferred (additional duties may be assigned as needed)
