Paralegal - Personal Injury Defense Litigation

Organize and analyze documentary evidence for personal injury defense matters
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with clients and experts
Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda on various topics
Perform investigative research using online platforms
Draft correspondence, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Review and interpret medical chronologies and summaries
Monitor case files and ensure timely management of sensitive materials
Maintain organization of digital and physical case files
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury or insurance defense litigation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with timekeeping and billing
Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certificate or additional legal training preferred
Physical Demands:
Sedentary position with occasional walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds
Indoor office environment with varying noise levels and interruptions
