Estate Planning Attorney Duties: The candidate will confer with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process. Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients. Create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for your clients. Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action. Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date. Client interviews, investigation, and preparation of legal documents and papers. Research issues involving complex programs with connected federal and state authorities, including researching federal statutes and regulations, state statutes and regulations, administrative agency guidance, state and federal case law, and administrative agency decisions. Advice and representation of clients in accordance with firm priorities. Develop relationships with the community served and the leaders of that community. would be a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado with a strong work history of customer service and strong attention to detail. At least 5 years of estate planning experience.

Qualifications: The candidate should have an undergraduate degree with a legal background and a Juris Doctor degree. Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association). Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years. Should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high. Wide range of knowledge regarding real estate-related topics such as title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law in Colorado; 5 years of estate planning or probate experience. would be a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado with a strong work history of customer service and strong attention to detail.
