Law Firm Seeking Experienced BDC Sales Representative in Chicago, IL

The United Firm La Liga Defensora, APC is a leading law firm in Chicago, IL, specializing in criminal defense. We are currently seeking a driven and experienced BDC Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth in the legal industry. Responsibilities:

- Screen and monitor all potential new client inquiries through various channels (phone, email, internet, referrals)
- Build relationships with potential clients and schedule appointments for consultations
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases
- Conduct client interviews with empathy and compassion, and accurately record notes during initial consultations
- Collaborate with attorneys to complete the initial consultation process
- Follow instructions from supervising attorney and maintain performance-based metrics

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish with full proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, customer service experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Resourceful and able to solve issues as they arise
- Experience with case management software preferred
- Must be able to work weekends
