- Seeking a personal injury attorney for our prelitigation department
- Responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation
- Strategically litigate cases and draft legal documents to advance case progression
- Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in court
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess case values
- Regularly communicate with clients and participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court hearings
- Manage and provide guidance to litigation assistants and paralegals
- Juris Doctor (.) degree and admission to the California State Bar required
- Previous experience in Personal Injury law, ideally on the Plaintiff's side, is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism

Responsibilities of the Position:

- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation

Qualifications:

- Strong interest in Personal Injury law or previous experience, ideally on the Plaintiff's side is a plus
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
