Law Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead the growth of our Personal Injury practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury law, strong leadership skills, and the ability to generate new business while aligning with our firm’s values.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Personal Injury department, handling a caseload of personal injury cases, mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and support staff, and building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and the community. You will also have the opportunity to generate new business through networking, marketing, and community engagement, while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
To qualify for this position, you must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Nevada State Bar. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law and a demonstrated ability to generate and manage a caseload. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required, along with strong organizational and leadership abilities and a commitment to client service and ethical practice.
