Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Real Estate The candidate will reviewing and preparing title work, closing disclosures and other closing documents; Preparing and organizing all documents necessary for closing, Communicating via email and telephone with real estate agents, lenders and clients; Assisting with answering phones; Photocopying, scanning and filing; Preparing correspondence, labels and other documents; and Maintaining calendar and deadlines. Connecticut law firm experience required especially with residential real estate closings.
