Law Firm Seeking E-Discovery / Document Review Project Manager in Multiple Locations

The Encompass Group at the law firm Nelson Mullins is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Discovery / Document Review Project Manager to join their team. This position is available in multiple locations including Columbia, SC, Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, Greenville, NC, Raleigh, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Dallas, TX.

The primary role of this position is to act as a central point of contact and facilitator between the merits counsel, client teams, and review teams, ensuring that project requirements are met from start to finish. This includes overseeing multiple teams and providing substantive and technological assistance to the attorney teams leading discovery initiatives. Other responsibilities include creating essential documentation for case support, monitoring daily operations, and providing feedback to initial reviewers. Effective communication, strong analytical skills, and project management expertise are crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and a minimum of two years of experience in managing large document review teams. They should also have experience in managing the quality control process for document review projects.
