Paralegal Candidate's responsibilities will include: Regular interaction with clients, attorneys and court personnel. Facilitating client intake and managing case files and client documents. Assisting attorneys with preparing legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas and discovery. Ensuring filings are in compliance with court rules and rules of civil procedure. Qualifications: Paralegal certification or experience in complex family law matters is preferred. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and work hard to serve our client's needs.
