We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Information Technology group in one of our Midwest offices. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Windows and Azure environments. This includes providing design, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance services for critical services such as Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, and DHCP. You will also ensure best practices, security, and maintenance are followed for all functions of Active Directory and Azure AD.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, data protection, private/public cloud, networking equipment, and more. You will assist with the implementation of data protection policies and monitor all IT equipment for any incidents, quickly responding and resolving them to prevent outages or data loss. This may include applying patches, firmware updates, and OS upgrades, as well as assisting with the physical installation of networking equipment.

As part of your role, you will also provide assistance with the design, deployment, and maintenance of various IT infrastructure projects, such as storage, servers, virtualization, disaster recovery, email management, VOIP, and encryption. You will ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, adhering to IT Department standards and Firm Information Security Policies. Additionally, you will adhere to IT ITIL disciplines and processes, such as ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong teamwork mentality and demonstrate initiative, organizational skills, flexibility, and dependability. You should also have the physical ability to lift 75 lbs and be willing to learn new and evolving technologies. This role may require occasional travel to other offices or data center locations.

Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree, related training or certifications, and 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure services. You should also have experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and ADFS. Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies, data protection platforms, and helpdesk ticketing systems is desired, as well as certifications from Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco.
