Job Description:

- Report to the Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property, Technology and Information Law
- Collaborate with other attorneys and business partners on cybersecurity, digital environments, digital engineering, and software strategy
- Develop and conduct enterprise-wide training on information governance topics
Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership on information governance topics
- Counsel business partners on enterprise level and customer-facing issues
- Stay updated on policy, legal, and regulatory requirements in information governance areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders and seek input on information governance matters
- Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication
- Establish procedures and strategy for information governance
- Support Corporate Office functions on issues related to trademarks, brand management, advertising, marketing, and consultant and supplier agreements
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree and bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Active state bar membership
- At least 8 years of experience in information governance disciplines such as intellectual property, cybersecurity, or privacy law
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with . government contract intellectual property regulations
- Active DoD Secret level security clearance
Salary Information:
- Salary range: $206, - $297,
- Additional factors considered when determining base salary offers
- Eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus
