Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years paralegal/law office experience. This position will require a self-starter who is able to manage their time and multi-task efficiently. Previous family law experience is appreciated but not required. Career tasks will include: managing attorneys calendar, draft initial pleadings, review and revise pleadings, legal research, prepare and respond to discovery requests, file pleadings (CCEF), organize client files, prepare exhibit notebooks and trial prep.
