Law Firm in San Diego seeking a Class Action Associate with experience in Wage and Hour Class Action in California. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and a flexible work schedule, including the option to occasionally work from home. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and excellent analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting motions and pleadings
- Attending court conferences
- Handling discovery-related activities and investigations
- Drafting position statements, dispositive motions, and employee handbooks
- Conducting legal research

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree and current license to practice law in California
- 3+ years of experience in Wage and Hour Class Action in California
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
