Law firm **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team. This position is open to candidates residing in Albuquerque, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Lexington, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Salt Lake City or St. Louis. The hourly salary range for this position is to , with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The application deadline is May 2, 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and recruiting agencies
- Assist with completing pre-hire screenings
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules
- Ensure hiring actions follow established processes and procedures
- Coordinate administrative aspects of recruitment process
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives
- Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and shareholders
- Generate recruiting reports and provide statistics to Manager of Talent Acquisition

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (viRecruit preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of one year of previous law firm or professional services experience
- Experience with ATS or HR software
