- Experience: 5-7 years of related work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, experience in managing contract life cycle and negotiating contracts preferred
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's or associate degree in general business, managed health care, legal or finance disciplines strongly preferred, Juris Doctor and/or Master of Business Administration preferred, Paralegal Certificate or Juris Doctor strongly preferred
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and communication skills, ability to negotiate contract terms, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating database of contracts, collaborating with internal teams and legal counsel, initiating and executing contracts, conducting diligence checks, assisting counsel with legal practices and training
- Duties: Adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, coordinating contract amendments and terminations, developing and maintaining contract templates, maintaining confidentiality
